General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by 5M Associates either online or by any other form of communication and form part of the contract between us. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices

No contract is created until we have accepted and processed your order. Order processing is completed manually following us checking and accepting the order details we receive. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority. Where applicable, prices include VAT.

We offer bulk purchase discounts. These equate to £1.00 per item for 5-9 frames ordered and £1.50 per item for 10 or more frames ordered. Discounts are automatically calculated and appplied at the checkout.

Delivery

Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within the following time scales:

• 4 working days for UK delivery,
• 6 working days for European delivery
• 10 working days for worldwide delivery.

We use standard Royal Mail/ParcelForce services for delivery. The above time frames assume they and any associated local carriers deliver within their own stated time frames. As their performance is beyond our control we unable to guarantee these time scales will be met in every case.

Post and packing is free to UK addresses. There is a charge of £1.00 per item to European addresses and £2.00 per item for the rest of the world. These costs are automatically calculated for you at the checkout.

Within 48hrs of placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangements. If the product that you have selected is not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will let you know the expected delivery timescale and provide you with the option of waiting, changing or cancelling your order. Should you choose to wait, we will ensure that you are kept fully informed of the progress of your order with updates every 7 days. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability. It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any problems.

Product images and descriptions

Product images and descriptions are shown for guidance only; for example colours may vary slightly from those that appear on screen.

Payment

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by cheque and postal order. Products will only be despatched upon successful receipt of payment (i.e. we will wait for cheques and credit card payments to clear before despatch).

Complaints

Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made to the address below. All complaints will be responded to within 48hrs (during the working week).

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after the date of delivery. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by either:

• Letter to 5M Associates, at the above address

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to 5M Associates at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories and any free gifts you will receive a full refund, less any delivery and/or collection charges. Repayment will be made within 30 days of the satisfactory receipt of the returned goods.
